How does the marketplace work?
When a customer submits a request, it appears in your dashboard. You browse available leads and buy the ones you want. Up to 5 companies can buy each lead.
How does the wallet work?
Top up your prepaid wallet (minimum €50) and use the balance to buy leads. Your balance never expires. No monthly fees or subscriptions.
Are there monthly fees?
No. There are no monthly fees or subscriptions. You only pay for the leads you choose to buy.
How many companies can buy the same lead?
Maximum 5 companies per lead. This keeps competition fair and gives each company a real chance to win the job.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Bizum and SEPA direct debit.
What if a lead is invalid?
You can dispute any lead within 48 hours of purchase. From your dashboard, click "Report a problem", choose the reason, and our team will review it within 24-48h. If approved, you'll receive a refund as wallet credit or to your original payment method.
